Shipping + Returns

Sugar Paper orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales. 

Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship. If placing an order with both personalized and non-personalized items, shipping will be a flat $12 fee if your order is under $80.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate of $6. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $80 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email online@sugarpaper.com for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Priority International or DHL.

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugar Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Love this planner, especially the monthly goals section. I was looking for a hardback planner specifically, and am super pleased with the quality all around!

Best Daily Planner

The pages are incredible soft. I love having the schedule & to do list as the majority of the page with a small place for gratitude & dinner at the bottom. The layout is perfect. I love the monthly layout with all the space in each block.

I’d like to see a little sturdier month tabs.

I’d like to have goal setting pages in the front & maybe the monthly pages for the month they usually have in the signature planner.

The covers are beautiful, the inside pocket is perfect. Binding strong yet flexible.

The planner is a little bulky; but that is common with all daily planners & to be expected.

I was concerned about the weekend layout; but I actually use it & hasn’t been an issue.

The design is absolutely stunning. I love the white space and soft look of each page. I can’t wait to write in it every day. I have been hoping for a daily planner from Sugar Paper & this is a daily paper planners dream come true ❤️
