Sugar Paper orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales.
Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship. If placing an order with both personalized and non-personalized items, shipping will be a flat $12 fee if your order is under $100.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate of $6. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Priority International or DHL.
Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugar Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
