Shipping

Sugar Paper orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales. 

Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship. If placing an order with both personalized and non-personalized items, shipping will be a flat $10 fee if your order is under $100.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate of $5. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email online@sugarpaper.com for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Priority International or DHL.

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugar Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Love the new look!

I have ordered this planner for the past few years and have always loved its useful and clean layout. I very much like the new/updated just slightly smaller size and off-white color of the pages. The size is more practical without compromising space, and the page color igives it a more classic feel.

Beautiful design. Would love a larger size. Paper size 81/2 by 11 to fit in bags with computer. Also the notebook and notepad to be sized the same.

Indespensible (It's the best layout!)

I've purchased this planner for the last several years and have come to find it critical to my weekly routine. I couldn't find it locally this year so tried another brand/format but had to ditch that one and track this down online. Now I'm back to my happy place! The thing that makes this planner so great is the layout - one page for the weekdays so you can see everything at a glance, and the facing page for your weekly to-do notes. Best layout ever. Would love for them to offer this layout in other designs, like the cloth-bound style.
