Shipping

Sugar Paper orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales. 

Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship. If placing an order with both personalized and non-personalized items, shipping will be a flat $10 fee if your order is under $100.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate of $5. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email online@sugarpaper.com for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Priority International or DHL.

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugar Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Missing a month.

I have bought this calendar for several years. This year I am missing a month. My 24 calendar goes through June and the 24-25 calendar starts in August. Super frustrating.

This planner is perfect for what I was looking for! The cover is beautiful and sturdy. The monthly boxes are big enough to write in well without being too scrunched up. It fits perfectly in my purse to make it easy to carry along. Great buy!

Love the simplicity to this 2024 White Swiss Dot Monthly Planner.

I am all for simplicity and this monthly planner especially with the dots is my yearly favorite! Great quality cover and paper. Love the size for my desk and binder.
