When our founder, Chelsea, found herself trying to stay mindful (and on task!) throughout her day, designing the Mindful Journal became her passion project. What she found is that it only takes a minute and it changes how you feel.

The Sugar Paper Mindful Journal is a daily planner that captures your state of mind and your most important to-dos.  It’s less about planning your appointments and more about capturing what matters to you.
