The Wholesale Boutique Account Manager: This role requires a motivated and quick thinker who is capable of managing the full spectrum of details of this job. This job includes excellent customer service via phone and email, managing orders with care and precision, and overseeing a shipping team. A successful Wholesale Boutique Account Manager will be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, preempt customers’ needs and a will be a natural team-player with a great attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service (phone & email)
  • Managing a shipping team with a sense of urgency
  • Managing/updating purchase orders
  • Plan and attend tradeshows
  • Respond to new buyer outreach and initiate outreach to prospective accounts
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve, correct, update existing processes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Phone & email etiquette
  • Proven ability to maintain strong customer service
  • Proven ability to provide account management skills to help drive sales
  • Ability to operate in a high-paced environment
