What we're looking for: 

The Wholesale Account Manager: Our ideal candidate shares a love of stationery and attention to detail. This role requires a motivated and quick thinker who is capable of managing the full spectrum of details of this job. This job includes excellent customer service via phone and email, packing and pulling orders with care and precision, and managing a small shipping team. A successful Wholesale Account Manager will be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, preempt customers’ needs and a will be a natural team-player with a great attitude.

  • Managing/updating purchase orders
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve, correct, update existing processes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Quickbooks
  • Phone & email etiquette
  • Administrative experience
  • Proven ability to maintain strong customer service
  • Ability to operate in a high-paced environment
