Retail Experience Manager - Newport Beach or Marin

      • Oversee daily operations of store
      • Hire, train, and develop retail associates
      • Offer motivation, guidance, and support to retail associates
      • Write staff schedules and manage payroll
      • Serve as liaison between studio and retail store
      • Build, nurture, and maintain client relationships
      • Weekly and monthly reporting based on sales goals
      • Cultivate a store culture that surprises and delights
      • Conduct consultations for custom stationery and invitations
      • Uphold and instill company policies and procedures with care
      • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met

           Skills and Qualifications

          • Previous experience managing people and building culture
          • Current community involvement
          • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
          • Professional phone and email etiquette
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
          • Proven performer in achieving individual and team sales goals
          • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with care
          • Ability to wrap a beautiful gift and tie an exceptional bow
