    Shipping

    Sugar Paper orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

    Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales. 

    Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate of $5. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do not apply).

    If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email online@sugarpaper.com for further assistance.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Priority International or DHL.

    Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Sugar Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

    Great Gift

    Got this for my friend for her birthday. The journal is great, and is way thicker than I thought it would be (more like a small book than a store bought journal). I paid extra to have it gift wrapped and it was super cute! My friend loves it.

    One of the Nicest

    I really loved these journals so after filling up my first one, I bought another. This journal has beautiful thick paper which makes it so satisfying to write in. I had to give it 4 stars because the binding came apart soon after the purchase. I glued it back together but wonder whether this was a one time thing or is indicative of all the journals.
