shipping:
sugar paper uses UPS ground, 3-day select, 2-day air, and overnight shipping. all shipping prices are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. all orders will ship 5 business days from the time your order is received. all custom orders will ship 7 days after final approval of your proof. sugar paper is an online boutique - due to the hand-made nature of the items we carry, some products may be unavailable at the time of purchase. if this applies to your order you will be contacted promptly.
retail returns:
if any product you order, or receive as a gift, from sugar paper does not meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price. after 30 days we will gladly issue store credit for the full value of the returned item(s). sugar paper accepts unopened and unused items only - opened items cannot be returned.
custom returns:
sugar paper does not take returns on custom design (invitations, announcements, and stationery). sugar paper takes the proof process very seriously. your proof approval is permission to print your order and any reprints will be an additional charge to you. the designers at sugar paper work on multiple orders and sugar paper cannot be held responsible for details on your order once your proof is approved and your order is shipped. this includes: general layout, color, the size of the typeface, spelling, incorrect telephone numbers and addresses. |
